A Lived Leadership™ Parable
Book Keynote #5 Download Two-Sheeter

KEYNOTE #5 SYNOPSIS:

You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make it drink” is a 16th-century English parable that indirectly introduces the most undiscovered elements of leadership.

One of the current hot topics of concern in leadership is how to develop effective strategies to increase buy-in and develop ownership of the vision of the organization from its leaders, team members, and stakeholders. However...

...although the organization’s vision is a statement of its desired future state, its purpose, and its direction, people may not buy into the organization’s vision for various reasons.

Dr. Henry, a thought-provoking leadership keynote speaker, contends that, despite the inherent beauty of any organization’s vision, leaders and team members are critical in manifesting the organization’s vision themselves.

And this interactive keynote presentation challenges leaders and members of teams to look within themselves relative to how they view, engage, and manifest the organization’s vision.
